It was perhaps the most aggravating experience that Satsuki Kiryuin had ever had to endure, and she couldn't even express it beyond just a stern expression she always seemed to wear. Maybe everything was starting to catch up to her. Without her army. Without her closest... subordinates. Without even the Matoi she had been grooming. No, all the young Kiryuin had was her sword, Junketsu, and a weakened foe who couldn't even hold her blade steady.

It was like a chant that had lost it's power. Where was the control? What could she control aside from herself? Standing in a wasteland on water that had somehow been frozen in time with ruins all about- What could she really control? Satsuki scowled at her own weakness and looked to the horizon. There was a great tower in the center of the Sea which had to have been in a similarly pathetic state. Even knowing there was likely nothing there at all, Satsuki began to walk.

Fear is freedom.

There were so many sheep to guide before. So much fear to manipulate, and in turn so many lives to steer towards her greatest goal. As she stepped over the water as surely as if it were pavement, Satsuki considered where she was at the very beginning of her journey. Of course she had nothing when she began- everything she had was something she had built for herself. The followers she recruited, the school she had organized, and the Matoi who was slowly becoming the perfect piece in the puzzle. That was something she would have to craft once more from the ruins.

From atop that great spire where she had Matoi had come face to face once more she felt, for a brief moment, like the great eagle she was. The one she would have to be. Perhaps it was amid this derelict dead sea that she would create her empire anew, born from the ashes. At the very least it would send a clear message: That Satsuki Kiryuin was a woman to fear and follow loyally. Even at her lowest she would be capable of fortifying herself, crawling from oblivion to soar above the rest.

That would have to do. To begin she would first need to examine the tower and, hopefully, find some of her followers so they might aid her. As she approached the looming spire she thought of Matoi and the last conversation they had. It was fuel to the fire. Satsuki entered the building and looked around. To say the least, it was odd. Shadows frozen in time haunted the halls. Other shadows seemed to move about freely, not reacting to anything as if they were playing out a scene.

Ghosts of a time that had fallen. How appropriate, Satsuki thought bitterly.

Kill La Kill

Arms outstretched, hands resting on the hilt of Bakuzan, Satsuki surveyed her domain. The deep set look of concentration she wore like a mask revealed nothing of her thoughts, just as it was meant. Satsuki Kiryuin reigned on high and the filthy subjugated pigs would know nothing of her world, her mind. Without the rigid distanced control she enforced they would fall to chaos.

The chess board had been set so carefully, pieces moving just how she wished them to. By all accounts she would continue to swiftly progress through her plans and build her army to perfection. It did not however make sense that she began to foster doubt. Reservations were not something Kiryuin had. With an amount of poise one was to expect from the woman she flipped about and took shelter within her sanctuary. Looking down on the lowly pigs would only cause her mind more disquiet for the time being. Waving off any distractions she headed purposefully through her quarters.

Satsuki stripped herself of Junketsu with care and it was placed into it's restraints. The shower welcomed her and washed away the disgusting doubt that clung to her like grime. It was below her to give in, even for but a moment. As the water cascaded over her figure she took deep breaths and expelled that which was useless to her. The clarity of releasing everything for the time brought Satsuki to thoughts of the tools at her disposal. Life Fibers had proven to be a fickle thing for those below her, but they clearly had their use. Tempering the elite four had been quite the task however. There was no disgrace in their defeat, it was quite flawlessly planned, but the young woman could not help but think of more direct methods.

Even unseen her poise as she pulled her long hair over her shoulder was indicative of her place in this world. The water tugged a few strands down her back again, yet her mind was far away. If there were other tools as well as the Life Fibers... Soon she would have to lend those thoughts more weight, and perhaps even assign a tool to the job.

Turning off the water after her indulgent shower, the young woman slipped into her robe and drifted to the sitting room where she could sip a cup of tea and ponder her chessboard a while longer.

"The crystals are effective."

"To what extent?" Satsuki kept her tone flat, her gaze sharp. The collected and distance way she acted served to further accentuate her rule, even where it concerned the particularly useful of her inner circle.

"When the Life Fibers were condensed to create these crystals we notice they will react with two star and three star uniforms. The power that they add to the uniform when worn as a necklace or somewhere on the subject's person grew exponentially from two star to three star. We can only assume these "Sailor Crystals" will react violently with a Kamui. The power that they add to the equation based on what we know so far seems unimaginable." Shiro cast his inexpressive eyes to Satsuki.

With the speed of a computer, Satsuki considered her many enticing options. In a startlingly short amount of time she responded simply, "Create enough for the elite four, and one worthy of Junketsu." Since first putting on her 'wedding dress' she knew she would use whatever tools were at her disposal. The elite four could stand another round of tempering, but soon she would be on the front lines. "I require a broach as well," Satsuki added.

Business concluded, Satsuki let it be known that she was to leave and Shiro gave a slight bow. Soon, with her powers amplified far beyond anything Matoi could begin to fathom, Satsuki would temper her rival with her own two hands.
Take one wild guess. I insist. It's freakin KLK with Sailor Moon influence I mean. Shit how could this be hard to guess.
